Disc One: Session
Complete training session filmed with a mixed group of
students in Liverpool, outlining anaerobic
threshold principle; fight training using man and equipment
substitutions; strength/speed/agility/core stability/hand-eye
coordination exercises; how to condition the hands, elbows, shins, body
for striking; dynamic warmup using
fundamental skills; technical drilling; cue drilling; and
playfighting and conditional fighting on the
feet open and closed, and ground positions. The last fifteen minutes or
so provides a quick clinic on positioning and alignment for striking,
and some bagwork. Approximately 3.5 hours.
Disc Two: PS
A Morris 'PS' filmed at home. A complete
overview of the above. This includes discussion of home training,
including demonstrations of Steve Morris' unique methods in using the
indoor bike and other home training methods that will enable you to make
the most of your home training and save gym time for partner work.
Approx. 90 minutes.
Disc Three: Supplementary Footage
This is a bonus for your money. An appendix of non-specific
and specific exercises filmed in 2004 in
